How BCM works

A chapter is not a video and a quiz. It runs the OGM DEVISE™ Learning Engine: a six-stage engineering loop — Discover, Experiment, Violate, Interpret, Solve, Evidence — and it is gated. You progress by demonstrating understanding, at 75% or above, with recorded evidence.

DISCOVER — Discover it.

Encounter the engineering problem, question the assumptions and predict before you are told the answer.

EXPERIMENT — Experiment with it.

Manipulate, simulate, transact and inspect the system. Observe what actually happens.

VIOLATE — Violate its assumptions.

Deliberately violate an assumption or attack a naive design, then observe what breaks and why.

INTERPRET — Interpret what happened.

Explain the observations formally — correct terminology, mechanisms and engineering reasoning.

S

SOLVE — Solve the engineering problem.

Apply the understanding: practice, applied work, written reasoning and viva-style articulation.

E

EVIDENCE — Evidence your mastery.

Demonstrate mastery and preserve the evidence required for chapter completion.

Progression rules

  • Chapters unlock in sequence; prerequisites are explicit.
  • Assessments require 75% to pass and may be retaken after review.
  • Failing an attempt shows weak concept areas — never an answer key.
  • Required evidence must be recorded before a chapter counts as complete.

Identity and credentials

Access is granted through One Great Mentor / MSM, which owns learner identity, entitlement and credential issuance. BCM records learning evidence and reports completion; it never issues certificates itself.
